Design
You send a logo, artwork or an idea. If you do not have a finished file, describe the concept and we will advise on material, size and mounting.

Quote
From the design we prepare a quote: price, material, finish and an indicative lead time. No hidden costs.

Approval and deposit
Once the quote is accepted we settle the details (dimensions, mounting) and, on larger orders, a deposit.

Cutting and finishing
We cut the piece, clean the edges and apply the chosen finish (raw, powder coated, patinated or lacquered).

Quality control
Every piece is checked before it ships — dimensions, edges and finish.

Packing and shipping
Packed safely and couriered to your address — we ship across Poland and to the EU on request.

Nesting
We lay the shapes out on the sheet so as little as possible goes to waste. Nobody shows this stage, and it is the one that really decides the material cost.

Cutting
The head moves at a steady feed and the kerf cools behind it. Scroll slower and you will see it slow down. Stop, and it stops with you.

The waste falls away
The moment the offcut sheet drops and only the piece is left. The most satisfying second in the whole process.

Finishing
The same surface, three different decisions: raw off the bed, brushed, patinated. The finish decides how the piece looks a year in, not on the day it goes up.

Mounting
On standoffs the piece lifts off the wall and starts casting a shadow. That is the difference that stops it looking like a sticker.
01 / preparation
What to have ready before you write
- A vector file (AI, SVG, DXF) or a photo/sketch of the idea
- Approximate size (width or height)
- Where it will be mounted — indoors or out, and what the substrate is
- When you need it
No file yet? The configurator will show you the piece in metal from a PNG, an SVG or just typed text — and it tells you straight away whether the thinnest strokes can be cut cleanly.
02 / time and cost
How long it takes and what it costs
We do not work from a per-piece price list — the price depends on material, size and finish. Projects start from [data needed: Próg cenowy „od X zł netto"], and a typical lead time is [data needed: Realny czas realizacji]. You always get the price and the date together with the quote, within 1–2 working days of asking.
Compare the five materials if you have not settled on one yet — it is the single decision that moves the price most.

Before you place an order
Is there a minimum order?
We take on single small pieces as well as large installations — there is no formal minimum, although on very small projects the unit cost tends to be higher.
Do you handle installation?
We ship the finished piece together with its fixings (standoffs, for example) and instructions. Installation is usually done by the client or a local team — we will advise on how to do it if you ask.
I only have a sketch on paper. Is that enough?
Yes — send a photo of the sketch, or simply describe the idea. We will prepare a design ready to quote from that.
Can I order several copies of the same piece?
Yes, and on larger quantities the unit cost usually drops — tell us how many you need.
